OUR UNIQUE APPROACH
Young Adult Experience, Reimagined
Young adulthood is a time of exploration, growth, and self-discovery. It can also be a time of uncertainty and unique challenges, especially for neurodivergent young adults. Whether you’re seeking a fulfilling career, deeper friendships, or a greater sense of independence, NeuroDev is here to support you.
At NeuroDev, we’ve reimagined the support system for neurodivergent young adults. Our unique approach blends the independence of a college-living experience with the personalized guidance of our proven Neuro-Developmental Mentoring™ (NDM) method. This creates a supportive, engaging environment where you can:
BUILD GENUINE FRIENDSHIPS
Connect with like-minded peers through an active lifestyle, shared interests, and a supportive community.
DEVELOP ESSENTIAL LIFE SKILLS
Get personalized coaching on organization, self-care, and emotional intelligence – the stuff they often don’t teach in school.
FURTHER YOUR EDUCATION
Succeed in college, learn to program, or finish high school – our tailored academic support will help you achieve your goals.
EXPLORE YOUR PASSIONS
Enhance your strengths and find a career path that excites you. We provide mentoring and support at every stage from just starting out, to seeking an internship, or launching your career.
