Your NeuroDev Journey Starts Here
Dive into our unique approach to mentoring, explore what’s possible with our supportive student communities, and discover how our campuses are designed to help you thrive.
SUPPORT WHEN YOU NEED IT
Mentoring
Benefit from the support you need, when you need it. Our mentoring team includes experienced professionals, licensed therapists, occupational therapists, as well as college-aged peer mentors trained and certified in Neuro-Developmental Mentoring (NDM). These peer mentors often attend the same college classes and activities as you, providing a unique level of understanding and support as you navigate your day-to-day life.
NDM training means our mentors are attuned to your stress levels, meet you where you are at, and connect in collaborative ways to support you in your well-being and overall growth.
NeuroDev mentors spend time with you. They’re present, they connect, they listen, they get you. Most importantly, they want to understand your goals and challenges so they can help you with your individual needs.

TRANSITION AFTER NEURODEV
Independent Living Support
When you’re ready to transition out of the main NeuroDev program, we’ll collaborate with you and your family (if appropriate) to create a personalized transition plan that anticipates your needs as you move forward.
For most NeuroDev students, continued support after graduating from the main program is key to a successful transition. Students who are successfully attending college and/or maintaining employment are often ideal candidates for our Independent Living Support program.
This program offers a bridge between the structured environment of NeuroDev and full independence. Here’s how it benefits students:
CONTINUED SUPPORT
Receive ongoing, personalized mentoring as you navigate the complexities of independent living.
PRACTICE MAKES PROGRESS
Hone your independent living skills in a supportive environment, with guidance and resources readily available.
COMMUNITY CONNECTION
Maintain the social bonds and peer support that are crucial for a smooth transition.
AFFORDABLE LIVING
Enjoy the convenience of housing and basic food included in the monthly tuition, which is tailored to individual needs.
SPACES DESIGNED JUST FOR YOU
Campuses
Both our Raleigh, NC, and St. George, UT campuses provide comfortable spaces for socializing, studying, and participating in experiences.
PEERS WHO UNDERSTAND YOU
Student Profile
NeuroDev students are typically 18 to 30 years old. They come from diverse backgrounds and all over the country, sharing a common desire for increased social connection, independence, and a clear educational or career path.
Our students live among peers at various stages in their personal, educational, and professional journeys. Some are finishing high school, others are pursuing college degrees, and some already have degrees but need support transitioning to the workforce. This diversity creates a dynamic and supportive environment where you can learn and inspire each other.
NeuroDev is a place where neurodivergent young adults can come to understand and accept their atypical brains. Whether they have a lifelong diagnosis, a recent diagnosis, or simply feel different, our students benefit from being surrounded by people who understand their unique needs and can help them learn how to accommodate those needs to thrive.
Not All Students at NeuroDev Have a Diagnosis but Some Common Ones Could Include:
ANXIETY | DEPRESSION | OCD | NVLD
AUTISM (WITHOUT INTELLECTUAL DISORDER) | ADD / ADHD
PERVASIVE DEVELOPMENTAL DISORDER NOS (PDD-NOS)
